PPCMSW firmly believes that collaboration among all staff members is the key for all students to be successful.  For students with identified disabilities who are served in general education classes, PPCMS implements the collaborative teaching model in which the general education teacher and the certified ESE teacher partner to share responsibility for designing, delivering, monitoring and evaluating instruction.

The mission of the Pembroke Pines Charter Middle School's comprehensive guidance program is to foster academic achievement, career awareness, personal growth and a positive self-image for all students within a safe and secure learning environment. Counseling services include classroom guidance, small groups for skill mastery, individual counseling for students with specific needs and a variety of other proactive and innovative ways to support student performance.
